I realized
I could never have what I thought I wanted
So
I changed my thoughts
about what I wanted
I want joy, now
 I want to Enjoy Now
so now
I think joy
and my days
my moments
i feel it
no longer tortured
by thoughts of
why
what did I do wrong?
why do you hide from me?
why do you make those promises?
only to break them

NOW
Just loving
what IS
instead of lamenting
what WAS, what Could
 whatever

 enjoying today

 and all the love it truly contains

my cup overfloweth
